Shipping and Handlings
Where are my bags shipping from?
We are an Egyptian brand. We ship from Cairo, Egypt. 🐪
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we definitely do!
What are your shipping methods?
We do our best to get your items to you as fast as possible with the best shipping rates. We use DHL Express Courier service.
How long does the delivery take?
On average, it takes between 5-7 business days.
Do you send me a tracking number once dispatched?
Tracking numbers will be provided via SMS from DHL.
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, pick-up service is not available. Unless you decide to catch a flight to Egypt! 🛫
How long does fulfillment take?
For ready-made bags in our shop: please allow 5-7 days for your bags and ribbons to be printed & fulfilled prior to shipping.
For custom orders, please allow 7-14 days before shipping (depending on the order quantity & queue wait time). Clients with custom orders will be sent an email with tracking information once fulfilled.
Are there customs and duties with my order?
All international shipments may be randomly chosen for inspection. If there are any customs duties, fees, or import taxes due when the package reaches its destination, the recipient of the International shipment will be responsible for them at the time of delivery.
Please note, that orders placed during heavily promoted and/or holiday periods might require additional processing time.

Do you accept returns?
We want to provide you with the best experience possible, so we take customer satisfaction very seriously. We produce our bags from scratch as they are 100% branded. For this reason, our bags can not be returned or refunded. However, we will always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our beloved customers. If you have an issue, please contact us for help.
